Rules

• All exhibits must be the bona fide produce of the paid-up member.

• The decision of the Judge will be final.

• Exhibitors wishing to reserve an entry (Classes 20-45 only) must do so at time of staging and are requested to remove exhibits before 8pm. No reserves in any other classes

• All entries not reserved will be auctioned and proceeds will go to Association funds.

• Produce must not be sold privately on the Gate Inn’s premises.

• In any class where there are no more than three entries; prizes will be awarded at the Judge’s discretion.

• All trophies are to be held by the winners in safekeeping and returned in good condition and on time in order to be presented at the next Show.

• The winner of the NVS Medal is automatically disqualified from winning it again for the next two years.
